Launching Telephone Coaching Service - July 2019

Many clients say “I really want to speak to a professional coach, about a critical situation, when I need it “, “I want to work through my thinking in confidence” “I need a trusted professional who will challenge my thinking.”  In response we have launched a one-moment coaching conversation, the Telephone Coaching Service.  It is an opportunity to talk through an urgent or complex situation you are facing, confidentially, with an experienced executive coach.  Someone who can be trusted to guide you to an outcome or resolution. 

The types of conversations people are wanting to have are;

Ø  whether to go for the promotion internally or leave the business

Ø  preparing for a big presentation

Ø  working through a conflict with a colleague

Ø  how to manage and organise myself more effectively

How it works? 

Step 1 – Complete the short summary form about the nature of your challenge

Step 2 – A coach will be in touch within 48 hours to give you date options and may request additional information/ send supporting material in advance

Step 3 – Coaching conversation (90 minutes)

Step 4 – Client satisfaction survey sent to you
